Personally, this isn't my favourite among Bingyou's pieces. Although the craftsmanship is excellent, I find the bowl a little too small for comfortably whisking matcha, and the interior surface is rougher than I would prefer.

Instead, I would use it as a general pouring vessel, particularly for serving tea or transferring liquids between vessels. Its compact size, simple shape, and well-formed pouring spout make it better suited to this purpose.

As with all of Bingyou's pieces, subtle variations are part of their individual character. Please feel free to email us for additional photographs taken in natural daylight.

• Dishwasher safe. An additional rinse cycle may be necessary to remove detergent residue, as porous ceramic surfaces can retain detergent and absorb odours.
• For hand washing, use a soft sponge and mild detergent if needed. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.
• A small piece of natural loofah sponge is particularly recommended for cleaning corners and fine details.
• Avoid abrasive cleaning tools and harsh detergents.
