I particularly like the low, wide shape of this teapot. Compared with #1, it feels a little more understated, while the delicate loop handle gives it a lovely sense of balance. It's a simple design that really lets Bingyou's craftsmanship speak for itself.

Recommended Oolong: Wuyi Rock Oolong, Phoenix Dancong, Roasted Tieguanyin; Its low, rounded body and broad lid suit compact gongfu sessions with repeated short infusions. Other tea varieties can also be brewed according to personal preference.

• Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Porous ceramic surfaces may absorb detergent, and residues can be difficult to rinse away thoroughly, especially inside a teapot.
• Clean with plain water and a soft sponge. A small piece of natural loofah sponge is particularly recommended for cleaning corners and fine details.
• Avoid abrasive cleaning tools and harsh detergents.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing.
