Fluted White Porcelain Cup

Created by Japanese ceramic artist Nami Takahashi, this white porcelain cup is slip-cast, then carefully refined and finished by hand.

Broad fluted lines rise from the rounded base toward the rim, giving this straight-fluted design a gently flowing rhythm. Subtle curves in the ridges catch the light and create soft shadows across the white surface, while the rounded handle completes its balanced silhouette.

A sculptural cup for everyday coffee or tea. Natural variations in form, dimensions, and finish are part of the handmade process.
