Free-blown by Japanese glass artist Kohey Wada without the use of a mould. Named for its resemblance to an elongated Edison light bulb, the glass expands gently toward the rim and narrows into a compact, stable base.
The clear, minimal form highlights its distinctive proportions, subtle surface movement, and traces of the hand-forming process.
Material: Non-heat-resistant glass
Technique: Free-blown without a mould
Made in Kanagawa, Japan
Variations in height, shape, capacity, thickness, bubbles, and surface texture are natural characteristics of handmade glass.
